wire harness that connects to the fuel pump which read 12 Volts only when the key in turned to the On position...so that tells me the Fuel Relay Switch is working...and I would think that means that the control module is working correctly also, wouldn't you think?... So then I removed one of the fuel hoses coming off the fuel pump and and connected an external hose to the pump and ran that external hose into a bucket in case gas actually did come out....but when I turn the key to the On position, I didn't hear the Fuel Pump nor did any gas come through that external hose telling me that it has to be the pump. Also, another confirmation that the wiring/fuses/relay was good to the pump is that the other things the fuel pump wire harness powers, like the gas gauge, works when you turn the key to On....SOOO...just ordered a new Delphi fuel pump off Ebay for around $250 (saving a few hundred dollars compared to Nissan's price and around $100 cheaper than Advance Auto Parts)...I'm hoping it's easy to remove the old one from the assembly and reassemble...once that's done and installed, hopefully all issues are fixed. (then it's on to saving up for new injectors since I know one is bad and you should replace them all if you're already that deep in the engine...not sure whether to save up to pay for the labor?...or attempt to use the Tech Page instructions and "attempt" it myself! lol....not sure if that's such a good idea looking at all the steps and possible things that could go wrong...BUT..I wonder if there is a page that tells you what you should replace while you have all that stuff already out and disconected?
